Ukudibanisa nophuhliso lwesebe lentengiso, ukuphucula umgangatho wabasebenzi, ukuphucula amandla abasebenzi okusebenza kunye nokukwazi ukulawula, kunye nendlela ecwangcisiweyo yokuphucula ulwazi lwabo kunye nezakhono, ukusebenzisa amandla alo anokubakho, ukuseka ubudlelwane obuhle phakathi kwabantu, ukuqhelana nokuqonda imithetho nemigaqo yesithethe, ukuseka inkqubo yolawulo loqeqesho (ebizwa ngokuba yinkqubo), njengesiseko samanqanaba onke okuphunyezwa nokulawulwa koqeqesho lwabasebenzi.
2 ulwahlulo lwamandla noxanduva
(1). Kwinkqubo yoqeqesho lokulungisa, ukwenziwa kwemithetho;
(2). ukunika ingxelo kwisicwangciso soqeqesho sesebe;
(3). Qhagamshelana, uququzelele okanye uncedise ekuphunyezweni kwenkampani ukuze ugqibezele ikhosi yoqeqesho;

3 ulawulo loqeqesho
3.1 ngokubanzi
(1). Ilungiselelo loqeqesho kufuneka lisekelwe kuxanduva lwabasebenzi, kwaye linxibelelane nomdla wobuqu, ngokusekelwe ekuzameni ngokuzithandela ukuba nobulungisa.
(2). Bonke abasebenzi benkampani, bonke kufuneka bamkele amalungelo kunye neembopheleleko zoqeqesho oluhambelanayo.
(3). Isicwangciso soqeqesho sesebe, isiphelo kunye nokuguqulwa kwenkqubo, zonke iinkqubo zoqeqesho ezinxulumene noko, isebe njengeyunithi ephambili yoxanduva, amasebe afanelekileyo abeke phambili ukuphuculwa kwezimvo kwaye asebenzisana nokuphunyezwa kwamalungelo kunye neembopheleleko.
(4). Isebe lokuphumeza uqeqesho, kunye nokuphendula ingxelo kunye novavanyo olufana nomsebenzi wesebe njengowona uphambili, kwaye unoxanduva lokulawula ingxelo yokuphunyezwa koqeqesho. Onke amasebe kufuneka anike uncedo olufunekayo.
3.2 Inkqubo yoqeqesho lwabasebenzi
Ingqesho kufuneka ibeke phambili isicwangciso sokukhetha nokuqesha abantu, isishwankathelo esidibeneyo kumphathi wesebe kwaye singeniswe ukuze sihlolwe kwaye sivunywe yinkampani emva kwesebe lezabasebenzi.

3.3 ukwenza isicwangciso soqeqesho
(1). Kufuneka ngokweemfuno zophuhliso lweshishini, kumiselwe ucwangciso lweemfuno zoqeqesho, ucwangciso olupheleleyo.

(2). Abasebenzi kufuneka baye kuqeqesho ngexesha, balandele ngokungqongqo umgangatho woqeqesho, uvavanyo olungenamkhethe nolufanelekileyo lwemeko yokufundisa kunye nomfundisi-ntsapho.
(3). Ukuba kuyimfuneko, ingabhalwa ngendlela yoqeqesho, impumelelo efanelekileyo ingasebenza kakuhle; Ayifaneleki ngokuhambelana neemeko ezithile zokulungiswa okanye uzame kwakhona.
